We’re watching the old Superman animated series (from the nineties, not the original Max Fleischer cartoons from the forties).   Superman is showing a scientist friend of his the Fortress of Solitude, and they are walking together down a long corrider.

Gabe: Wait a minute!   Superman can’t walk!

Ian: <ha ha> Yes, he can!

Gabe: He can do both?

Ian: uh-huh.

Gabe: He can walk *and* fly?

Ian: uh-huh.

Gabe: Wow.
