Old enough to do stuff for us

The other day Gabe was playing in the living room, and Mommy suddenly noticed that he was playing with one of our refridgerator magnets! (I think it was the Harry Potter one). Mommy turned and asked Gabriel very politely, “Gabriel, don’t play with that. Please, go and put it on the refridgerator.” He very nicely walked over to the refridgerator and put the magnet where it belonged.

Also this week, Gabriel responded when Mommy asked him to “Please, go put that in the trash.” It was after the trash incident that we realized that a whole new world is open to us now. Gabe can start cleaning up for himself and helping Mommy and Daddy to clean up as well!
